Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your rental dresses, gowns, and accessories. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please reach out to us to discuss options of replacement or refunds. Please see below for more information on our return policy.




All returns must be postmarked within 12 hours of the last date of the rental period, on the first business day shipping locations are open. All returned items must be returned in the condition they were received, or a condition discussed with Camera Ready Couture. All supplementary items such as accessories and garment bags must be returned in the condition they are received. Any damaged or missing items are subject to damage or replacement surcharges up to the total amount of the damage deposit listed on the checkout page.




To return an item, please place all items in the box they were received in (if the box is in poor condition please obtain and use a new box of the same size) and affix the return label provided in your rental box. If you lost or are missing your return label, email customer service at to obtain a new return label. After placing the items securely in its original packaging and the return label provided on the box, return your return to the a shipping center that receives packages for the appropriate shipping vendor (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.) and ensure your return is address to the following address:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.




The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:


     ●     Rental items that are listed for sale and sold   


 For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or expedited exchange. 


Please Note


     ●     Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.        

     ●     All rented items shall be postmarked within 12 hours of the end of the rental period. If an item is rented for 3 days, the item should be postmarked no later than 12 hours after midnight of the third day.
